Net sales declined slightly in the third quarter, as lower basketball, indoor games and table tennis sales against a prior-year tariff-timing comparison were partly offset by archery growth from the Gold Tip acquisition and gains in safety and outdoor games. Profit rose on higher gross margin from better absorption and sales mix, helped by tariff recoveries. Management cited strong operating cash flow, lower debt and continued caution on consumer spending amid inflation and higher interest rates.
